Local Pickup

Pickup is available from our roastery in Summerland, BC. Simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing

Our orders ship directly from our roastery in Summerland, BC.

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation email.

We work hard to ship orders within 2 business days, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email to confirm shipping and provide you with a tracking number.

Returns

We want to make sure that you love what you ordered. You have 7 days after the receipt of your item to request a return. We will happily accept returns of regularly priced, unopened merchandise in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

Please contact us to initiate a return request rochelle@lonetreecoffee.com. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.
